The problem · the answer

Five things that cost you a paid hour

Today With Calendaty

Six emails to book one hour, across three time zones.

One link. Your real hours, in their timezone.

Half your free discovery calls are unqualified, and you find out twelve minutes in.

Budget and the real problem, answered before you meet.

You deliver the value, then spend a fortnight as a debt collector.

The slot isn’t held until the payment clears.

Someone reads your post at 11 p.m., wants to talk, and finds nothing to click.

An agent that answers, qualifies and books while you sleep.

Twenty conversations a month and no way to rank them.

Scored hot, warm or cold — with the reason.

The limits

What Calendaty doesn’t do

  • No packages or session credits.

A six-session engagement is six bookings — price a half-day as its own service.

  • No standing appointments.

Your Tuesday 10:00 client rebooks each time, or you create the sessions from the dashboard.

  • No invoicing, contracts or proposals.

Payment is taken in full at booking, or marked pay-locally.

  • No SMS.

Reminders and follow-ups are email; alerts to you go to Telegram, Slack or a webhook.

  • No outbound prospecting.

The agent answers, qualifies and books — it works inbound only.

A day in the workflow

A Tuesday nobody had to manage

  1. Two bookings and a conversation are waiting, from a LinkedIn reader the agent answered at 23:40.

  2. Leads ranks yesterday’s three conversations — one hot, two cold — and triage takes two minutes.

  3. A paid session starts, and the custom fields on the booking make minute one work rather than discovery.

  4. A reschedule request arrives; outside the 24-hour lock the client moves it themselves.

  5. The admin assistant answers “what did I bill this week?” without a spreadsheet.

FAQ

Questions

Can I have a free intro call and a paid session on the same page?

Yes — two services, two prices, two sets of rules. The free one can have a shorter lead time; the paid one takes payment at booking.

Do clients see my calendar?

No. They see only the slots you’ve opened, converted into their own timezone.

Can I sell a six-session package?

No — packages and credit balances aren’t in the product. Clients book sessions individually, and you can price a half-day or a full day as its own service.

What if I need to move a session?

You can move or cancel from the dashboard at any time. The change-lock only restricts what clients can do from the booking page.

Does the agent qualify leads or just book?

Both. It books, and it scores every conversation hot, warm or cold with a reason, in the Leads tab.

One link. Real availability. Paid before the call.
