Everything Calendaty does, in one list

Eight families, every capability inside each one, named as it is in your dashboard and badged with the plan it belongs to — the side-by-side comparison lives on the pricing page.

What a booking is made of

The foundation

Services, hours and the rules that decide which slots a customer is ever shown.

  • Services

Every service carries its own duration and price, and those two shape the slot — a 15-minute check-up, a 180-minute colour, a $250 strategy hour.

    Free plan

  • Locations

Branches, treatment rooms, Studio A — a service only offers slots at the places it can actually happen.

    Free plan

  • Availability schedules

The hours you actually want to sell, per person and per team: client calls Tuesday to Thursday 13:00–18:00, so the mornings stay yours.

    Free plan

  • Date overrides

A one-off change to a single date without touching the schedule behind it — a conference on the 12th, a week closed for Eid.

    Free plan

  • Minimum lead time

The notice you need before a slot can be taken: an hour for a check-up, forty-eight hours for a surgical slot.

    Free plan

  • Change-lock

A window before the appointment in which the customer can no longer move or cancel it from the booking page — 24 hours on a colour, one hour on a trim. Your front desk still can.

    Free plan

  • Meeting instructions

A line written once per service and delivered with every confirmation for it: “Bring your previous X-rays. Do not eat two hours before.”

    Free plan

  • Online meetings (Zoom + Google Meet)

A Zoom or Google Meet link is created with the booking and travels on the confirmation, on every plan including Free.

    Free plan

  • Connected calendars

Each person's own calendar is checked for conflicts before a slot is ever offered, so the Thursday a doctor blocked externally is never bookable.

    Free plan

Who takes the booking

Routing

Four ways to decide which person — or which people — a booking lands on.

  • Selective routing

The customer picks the person — “book with Sara”, or the account manager they worked with last time.

    Pro plan

  • Collective meetings

Every assigned member has to be free, and all of them are booked: the kickoff that needs the strategist, the designer and the PM, with no coordinator involved.

    Pro plan

  • Teams

A growth team and a production team, each with its own booking page, its own schedule and its own routing rules.

    Pro plan

  • Round-robin routing

“Any available dentist” spreads across the rota automatically, so nobody starts the week with five bookings and nobody with none.

What you ask, and when

Forms and intake

The questions answered at booking instead of at the desk.

  • Booking forms

More than one form, so a new patient answers different questions from a returning one and a campaign landing page asks its own.

    Free plan

  • Custom fields

Text, number, date, dropdown, checkbox or radio, required or optional — reason for visit, insurance provider, budget range, referral source.

    Free plan

Paid at booking

Money

Charging for a slot, keeping the record of what came in, and sending it back when you have to.

  • Collect payments

Stripe, PayPal, or marked pay-locally and still tracked: a service is charged in full at booking, never held as a deposit or a part-payment.

    Pro plan

  • Transactions

The record of what came in — paid online, marked paid on the day, refunded — with the customer and the appointment attached to each one.

    Pro plan

  • Refunds

Send a payment back to the card it came from, in full or in part, without leaving the appointment.

    Pro plan

What gets sent

Communication

Email to your customers, and alerts to your team wherever your team already is.

  • Email reminders & follow-ups

An email before the appointment and a follow-up after it, at offsets you set per service — aftercare instructions, a next-step link, a rebooking nudge.

    Pro plan

  • Notification channels

New bookings and cancellations pushed to the front desk's Telegram or Slack group, or to your own webhook, the moment they happen.

    Pro plan

  • Custom SMTP

Every confirmation and reminder sent from your own domain, so nothing reaches a customer from a generic sender.

A front desk that doesn't sleep

The AI agent

A conversation that answers, qualifies, books and takes payment — and everything you use to shape it.

  • AI booking agent

A conversation on your booking page that answers, quotes from your own catalogue, holds a real slot and books it — at 23:40, in your customer's language.

    Pro plan

  • Knowledge base

Your price list, policies, preparation instructions and parking, in your own words: written text, a question-and-answer set, or your website crawled.

    Pro plan

  • Conversation inbox

Every conversation the agent had, kept and readable, so you can see what people actually ask and take one over yourself when it matters.

    Pro plan

  • Customer memory

The agent recognizes a returning customer and what they last booked, behind an identity check, and stops asking for a name and email every time.

    Growth plan

  • AI automations

A hot lead pushed to your CRM, a channel notified, a follow-up fired — triggered from the conversation itself rather than from a nightly job.

    Pro plan

  • Connections

Plug the agent into the tools it is allowed to act on — calendars, sheets, a CRM — with your own credentials, encrypted at rest.

    Pro plan

  • Custom agent actions (n8n)

Register one of your own n8n workflows as an action the agent can run mid-chat: create the deal, check an order, notify the producer.

    Growth plan

  • Admin AI assistant

“How many paid sessions did I run in June, and what did they bill?” — asked in the dashboard in your own words, instead of built as a report.

    Growth plan

Whose page it is

Your brand

How much of Calendaty a customer sees on the way to booking with you.

  • Full custom branding

Logo, brand colour, theme, photos, contact details, social links and SEO — the booking page looks like you rather than like us.

    Pro plan

  • Remove “Powered by Calendaty”

The last line of us on your booking page, taken off.

    Growth plan

  • Custom domain

Serve the whole booking flow from book.yourclinic.com, so a customer never leaves your brand to book with you.

As the team grows

Scale

Seats, permissions, the numbers, and your own model key.

  • Seats

One seat for each person on your team who takes bookings — the free plan includes one, and the number included rises with the plan.

    Free plan

  • Custom roles & permissions

Build your own roles from hand-picked permissions: the front desk sees appointments and customers, and only the manager sees revenue.

    Business plan

  • BYOK

Bring your own model key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter — and the agent runs on it, with none of your AI credits spent.

    Business plan

The limits

What Calendaty doesn't do

A list of everything a product does is the easiest page in the world to read a promise into, so the other half of the list rides with it.

  • No deposits or partial holds.

A service is charged in full at booking, or marked pay-locally and still tracked to the appointment.

  • No recurring appointments.

Each session is booked on its own, or created from the dashboard when a customer wants a standing slot.

  • No group capacity or waitlists.

One appointment per slot — block a class out as a single booking, and count and cap the room yourself.

  • No SMS.

Customer reminders and follow-ups are email; alerts to your staff go to Telegram, Slack or your own webhook.
